On Traipah, there is a creature like a cross between a crocodile and a bird, called a ny'ah'lah. Their version of a Phoenix is called fii'ah'zohl'ah. That's all I can remember.
I have a few fairy languishes I might need bird words for, though. I think at least one of them, the word for crow should be kakkaw. I know the ancient Egyptian word for cat was miau. :)
